Data Security

In order to protect your data against undesired access to as great a degree as possible, we take a number of technical and organisational measures. We deploy an encrypting process on our websites. In this way, your details will be transmitted from your computer to our server and vice versa via the internet by means of TLS encrypting. SunEQ GmbH uses the data protection compliant analysis tool 1 & 1 WebAnalytics, a web analysis service of 1 & 1 Internet AG. 1 & 1 WebAnalytics does not use cookies to protect personal information. Visitors can e.g. be uniquely identified via the IP address and browser IDs. The IP address and browser ID are stored anonymously, so that no conclusions can be drawn on the individual visitors. The information generated about your use of this website (referrer (previously visited website), requested website or file, browser type and browser version, operating system used, type of device used, time of access, including your IP address in anonymised form (used only to determine location) used for access)) are transmitted to a server of 1 & 1 and stored there. 1 & 1 AG uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. In certain cases, which are listed in detail in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data affecting yourself in a structured, standard and machine-readable format or to demand the transmission of said data to a third party.

Right of Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
